KEBEBASAN AKADEMIK DAN OTONOMI KEILMUAN HUKUM DI INDONESIA

Abstract

There is a tight interrelation among academic freedom and scientific autonomy in one side and human rights, violations on academic freedom and scientific autonomy on the other side. Offences or violations on academic freedom and scientific autonomy that widespread happened during Orde Baru era, at the same time mean the violation on human rights as whole. The crash down of Orde Baru Regime and the rise of Reformation in Indonesia since 1998, might be considered as the moment of emergency of human rights, academic freedom, and scientific autonomy included the law science and its implementation on law high schools in Indonesia.
