PENEGAKAN HUKUM SEBAGAI PELUANG MENCIPTAKAN KEADILAN

Abstract

Turbulence in law enforcement process may be part of emerging of the prestigeful of Indonesian law. For this purpose, self control of all law enforcement agents and systemic efford of all law enforcement institution will be helpful. There are three points to be done by all law enforcement institution,fistly, continuous evalution on all programs and planned policy, that may helpful to find the real obstacles; secondly, clarification on all serous case which has been andled by court, so that the public may understand clearcly the law considerations and all legal reasons; and thirdly, reorientation of vision and mission of all law enforcement institution in order that substantive justice may be always in priority.
