Pengaruh Transparansi dan Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa Terhadap Kinerja Pemerintahan Desa (Survey pada Desa-desa Kecamatan Mertoyudan Kabupaten Magelang)

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Implementation of Transparency and Accountability Manage of the Village Fund Allocation,(2) Relation of Transparency and Accountability Manage of the Village Fund Allocation (3) Influence of Transparency and Accountability Manage of the Village Funds Allocation partially on Village Governance performance, (4) Influence of Transparency and Accountability Manage Funds Allocation Village simultaneously on Village Governance performance. The research method used is descriptive analysis method with survey approach. The analytical instrument used i s path analysis with a measurement scale interval. Partial hypothesis testing using t test and simultaneously by using F test with a significant level (α = 0.05). The results showed that: (1) Implementation of Transparency and Accountability Manage of the Village Fund Allocation has done well ,(2) Relation of Transparency and Accountability Manage of the Village Fund Allocation has a positive relation (3) Influence of Transparency and Accountability Manage of the Village Fund Allocation is partially signifi cant effect on Village Governance performance, (4) Influence of Transparency and Accountability Manage of the Village Fund Allocation simultaneously significant influence on Village Governance performance.
