dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effect of WLB (Work Life Balance) on organizational commitment mediated by nurse job satisfaction. This study uses survey design, type of causal research, which is a conclusive type of research that aims to explain the relationship between variables that are differentiated into independent variables which is a cause and the dependent variable which is the result of a phenomenon. The sample used is 80 respondents with sampling in this research is done by using census method, where all member of population is taken as research respondent (population research). The research findings show that from the three hypotheses shown there are two proven hypotheses, namely the relationship WLB on job satisfaction and relationship satisfaction on organizational commitment that has a significant positive influence. One hypothesis is not proven that the relationship WLB on organizational commitment that has an insignificant influence (p> 0.05). This suggests that job satisfaction mediates WLB relationships in full-fledged organizational commitment (full mediation).id_ID
