PENINGKATAN SKILL MANAGERIAL PEMBELAJARAN PADA KEPALA SEKOLAH SLTP dan SLTA MUHAMMADIYAH KABUPATEN SLEMAN

Abstract

The resistance and the survival capability of Muhammadiyah institutions are determined by the capability and quality of the headmasters in managing school. It is because their attention always focuses to recruit new students which determine the school reputation in the future. In globalization, the rumor of TQM is a strategic way to manage school. The aim of this activity is to give information about the capability of managerial skill of headmasters which covers management total quality that is important in anticipating the strategic way of managing the school.
