SOSIALISASI EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PEMILIHAN KEPALA DAERAH KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO

Abstract

This Public service meets some significant problems in terms of the rule violation in the “Pilkada” in Sukoharjo. This violation happened in relation to the administrative and penal law matters. The rule violation is conducted by the unfair play of the candidates, KPUD and the followers. The settlement of the conflict is carried out in two ways. The first, by executing the administrative method bye employing “Panwas” and the latter is conducted through the courts by accusation concerning with the unprofessional attitude of the KPU members who take sides on one candidate. It is done in the Appelate Court of Central Java. While the one concerning with the money politics was executed through regular penal law process proposed to the Sukoharjo State Court.
