PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN MENGATASI KELUHAN HAMIL PADA IBU-IBU HAMIL DI ASRAMA GROUP II KOPASSUS KARTASURA

Abstract

Maternal mortality rate and infant mortality rate still high in Indonesia. Save matherhood program not yet success to up down mortality rate for maternal and infant. More than two-thirds of all newborn deaths and three-fifths of maternal deaths occur in Indonesia. It can happen because inequality in acces to health care continues to affect the poor and minority especially for mother and infant well being. Causes of the deaths is pregnancy complication, labor complication, and post partum complication. Among complication is bleeding in pregnancy, hipertension, infection, prolonged labor and abortus. Health education pregnancy program is planning program educasi for maternal for give knowledge about pregnancy nursing care. Health Education of the mother about pregnancy nursing care can improved knowledge and altitude maternal at Bordinghouses Group II KOPASSUS Kartasura.
