dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this community service activity is to assist the Kenep Creative Tourism Village in developing good institutions. This activity was carried out in the Kenep Tourism Village, Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency. Community service is carried out with a method of mentoring. Mentoring activities are carried out with stages of activities consisting of initial observation, problem formulation and solutions offered, implementation of mentoring, and preparation of reports and evaluations. Partners who were accompanied were the Kenep Village Government, Sukoharjo District Bappeda, Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis), Lumbung Budoyo Community, Creative Industry Entrepreneur Kenep Sukoharjo. Institutional preparation assistance has been successfully carried out. Five stages of mentoring have been carried out starting from preparation, independent interviews, institutional arrangement assistance, accompanying the preparation of organizational structures and preparation of strategic plans. At present the tourism village of Kenep has an organizational structure and strategic planning documents that are used as guidelines in the operational activities of the tourism village of Kenep. This tourist village still needs a lot of assistance to overcome some of the problems faced. Then there needs to be further assistance related to technology development for MSMEs, MSME marketing, village tourism marketing, accounting training, opening up.id_ID
