dc.description.abstractSumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas dan produktif merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan organisasi. SDM perlu ditingkatkan kompetensi dan kemampuannya agar produktivitas organisasi meningkat. Salah satu upaya adalah dengan pelatihan. Berbagai faktor menjadi penetu keberhasilan pelatihan. Riset ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy dan mediasi dari motivasi pra pelatihan terhadap motivasi transfer pasca pelatihan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan operator pabrik sepatu yang memperoleh pelatihan soft skill untuk menunjang pekerjaannya. Hasil olah data dengan PLS SEM diperoleh bahwa self efficacy memiliki pengaruh pada motivasi transfer pelatihan karyawan secara langsung, dan motivasi pelatihan menjadi variabel mediasi antara self efficacy dan motivasi transfer.id_ID
