dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan sebagian permasalahan Manajemen Risiko berbasis kelaikan dan kehandalan konstruksi prasarana kereta api yang berdampak terhadap kinerja operasional Kereta Api. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Undang- Undang Perkeretaapian Nomor 23 Tahun 2007, Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No.60 Tahun 2012, tentang persyaratan teknis jalur kereta api, Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No. 24 tahun 2015, tentang standar keselamatan perkeretaapian. Prasarana kereta api yang dimaksud meliputi Track, Jembatan Kereta Api, Stasiun, Sistem Persinyalan, Listrik Aliran Atas, Gardu Traksi. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji dan meneliti proses penyelenggaraan proyek pembangunan prasarana kereta api, dengan mengidentifikasi faktor dan variabel risiko keselamatan prasarana kereta api, serta mengkaji dan mengidentifikasi indikator nilai kinerja operasionalnya. Melalui studi pustaka baik buku, jurnal, peraturan yang berlaku, serta penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang relevan, hasil dari penelitian ini akan memberikan rekomendasi awal dalam bidang manajemen risiko. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan penelitian yang terjadi. Penelitian ini menjadi rekomendasi dalam pelaksanaan FGD Pakar yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor dan variable terkait dengan Manajemen Risiko prasarana kereta api.id_ID
