Abstract

The objective of this research is to know how the principal manages the human resources, utility, an education budgeting. The data were collected by using observation, interview, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed by simultaneous selection and interpreting the data entirely. The results of the research are (1) the principal manages the human resources by holding seminar and workshop, (2) dealing with utility, the principal changes the old one with the new one, and (3) in education budgeting , the principal manages the fund tightly and responsibly.
