dc.description.abstract | Higher education is a dynamic level of education where students have the opportunity
to develop themselves through various academic and non-academic. MBKM is one of the programs
issued by the Ministry of Education. Culture, Research and Technology for all undergraduate
students in Indonesia. Through this program, students can choose and participate in various types
of programs offered. The purpose of this study was to analyse student perceptions of MBKM and
analyse the implementation of MBKM in the Geography Education department, FKIP, UMS. This
research is a quantitative research with a non-experimental survey design. The population in this
study were all students of Geography Education department FKIP UMS with 415 students and all
students become the respondent. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews, and
documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics with the presentation of data
in the form of percentages, graphs, pictures, and tables. The results showed (1) more than 40% of
students knew about MBKM, students' perceptions of the implementation of MBKM were quite good,
students obtained information about MBKM from socialization activities, the most popular MBKM
program was internship/work practice, more than 50% were ready to join the MBKM program, the
implications of MBKM for the study period were on time, MBKM was a very useful program, there
was a fairly good improvement in student soft skills, MBKM was an important program, and interest
in joining MBKM was more than 50% very interested. | id_ID |
