Pengembangan Kompetensi Lulusan Mahasiswa Melalui Implementasi Kegiatan Magang Dalam Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka

Abstract

The internship program for the MBKM FH UMS program was attended by four students at two partner institutions; the Indonesian Parliament and the Ministry of Social Affairs. From the results of the analysis of the implementation of activities, competency development of student graduates through internships in the MBKM Program has not been fully planned, structured, and systematic so that there are still obstacles in integrating with policies on campus. Several improvements are needed in the future so that the MBKM program internship can be integrated with Graduate Learning Outcomes to meet graduate competency standards. The important thing that needs to be prepared immediately is the maturation of the concept of implementing MBKM at the Faculty level so that later it can be a reference in coordination with internship partner institutions.
