| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to determine the policy and implementation of the MBKM Program at the Faculty of Law UMS, the method used was a non-doctrinal method which in this study used primary and secondary data, primary data was obtained through surveys to students, lecturers and students, as for secondary data obtained from literature studies related to the policies of the Faculty of Law UMS. The findings of this study are that the academic community of the Faculty of Law UMS has been aware of the policies regarding MBKM, which is then followed up by the faculty by making derivative policies so that the implementation of MBKM can run optimally, the MBKM program provides real benefits to students and the community. The obstacles that arise are generally related to the still existence of the Covid 19 pandemic and also government policies that are still generally not specific in regulating urgent matters, the results and recommendations of the findings of this study are the need for the government to make clear policies and not have multiple interpretations so that in implementing the program To run optimally, it is necessary to increase the cooperation of all parties, both the Government, Universities and Stakeholders so that this program can provide wider benefits. | id_ID |
