MODEL PENGELOLAAN SEKOLAH MUHAMMADIYAH DI ERA OTONOMI DAERAH DI KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO
Abstract
Objectives achieved in this study was to determine: the
management of teacher welfare, professional development of teachers,
facilities and infrastructure in high school Muhammadiyah on regional
autonomy. The methods used to collect data are: observation and
interview methods (Guide interview) as well as documentation.
After going through the process of beginning to the analysis, the
results of this study obtained the following conclusions: (1) Managing
the welfare of teachers in the Vocational School Muhammadiyah 1
Sukoharjo be based on the number of hours of teaching allowance of
100,000 functional per/month. While the boarding school (Pontren)
Imam Syuhodo Muhammadiyah Blimbing done based on the number
of teaching hours, the functional benefits of the state budget and
incentive allowances. (2) Professional Development of teachers, in
Muhammadiyah high Vocational school 1 Sukoharjo is only carried
out independently by the Principal, Head of Muhammadiyah and the
Superintendent of Education. While the boarding school (Pontren)
Imam Syuhodo Muhammadiyah Blimbing that supervision as teacher
training is done by class visits, individual (casuistic) and mass. (3)
Development of infrastructure facilities Muhammadiyah Vocational
School 1 Sukoharjo gets infrastructure income from the students done
each school year. While the boarding school (Pontren) Imam Syuhodo
Sukoharjo Muhammadiyah Surakarta Branch Regional Blimbing forms
circular building that is projected to be multistory buildings. In the
near future are completing the second main building that got help
from Qatar for 884 million to build an area of 5000 M. The building is
planned to use an integrated model of school buildings (consisting of
the mosque, classrooms, Hall, cooperatives, canteen, commercial) which
is planned at the new school year is used for teaching and learning
activities for girl students.
