IMPLEMENTASI FUNGSI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP PROFESIONALITAS GURU (SEBUAH KAJIAN IMPLEMENTASI SERTIFIKASI GURU DALAM JABATAN)
Abstract
The professionalism of teachers can be established through the four competency
required by the Professional Competence, Pedagogic Competence, Competence Personality and
Social Competence, the formation of the four competencies, especially for teachers in postcertification
must be made through the renewal of the correct implementation of the function of
education which includes planning, implementation, organizing, monitoring, and evaluating. The
weaknesses of teacher professional competence and pedagogic competence can be improve
through education and professional development training in a structured, systematic, and
ongoing coaching as a form of teacher professionalism in post-certification on an ongoing basis.
