Faktor-faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Tutorial di Universitas Terbuka (Kasus: Tutorial Pada Unit Program Belajar Jarak Jauh - Banda Aceh)
Abstract
Tutorial is medium to develop understanding about distance learning system. University
students must understand distance learning system, if they want succesful in study. The aims of this
study were (1) to learn the effectiveness level of tutorial, (2) to identify the external factors of tutorial,
and (3) to find out the relationship between the external factors and the effectiveness level of
tutorial. The research method used was descriptive-corelational. The research population consisted
of 131 tutor of UPBJJ Banda Aceh, and sample are 66 tutor. The data collection was carried
out from April until Juni 2010. The analysis of the data was performed by using the correlation
test of Rank Spearman. The research results showed that (1) the effectiveness level of tutorial
is enough; (2) the effectiveness level of tutorial was closely related to the tool and infrastructure,
contribution of UPBJJ and quantity of tutorial
