dc.description.abstractCadre education is an effort made by an organization to strengthen its cadres in order to revitalize cadre owned. Cadres in an organization is expected to continue running the organization in achieving a goal. Cadre education is very important for an organization, because with the education of cadres then an organization will have no trouble looking for people who develop the organization. Conducting education cadre is a necessity, in the absence of a cadre successor organization will stagnate and eventually die. Therefore, in this study, will examine how the cadre educational model of Muhammadiyah Students Association (IMM) seen from the materials and methods applied in the IMM Kom. Muh. FAI-UMS Abduh and any supporting and inhibiting factors.en_US
