Research subject is all family head residing in Desa Ngemplak Kecamatan Kartasura, specified with stratified random sampling, amount to 97. Validity test applies Product Moment and reliability test applies Rumus Alpha. Data which collected analysed and percentage.Got result about perception of family head to expansion policy of alert countryside very well (87,24%), to execution of good alertness countryside (72,58%) listens carefully and caring to expansion of good alertness countryside (94,95%).Perception of family head to expansion of alert countryside in Desa Ngemplak Kecamatan Kartasura covering expansion policy of alertness countryside, execution of alertness countryside, listens carefully and care to expansion of alertness countryside, and cleanness life pattern have been good. This thing means every family head have been able to comprehend what is the meaning with alert countryside along with efforts that is must be done in forming and develops alertness countryside.
