dc.description.abstractThe lack of tenacity to hold values as personal behavior guidance and reference in solving problem is a phenomena that emerge in society. The aim of this research was to elaborate the parents’ strategy to inculcate values in the family. Qualitative method of phenomenological approach used to explore parents’ experience in everyday life. The informants were taken by purposive sampling technique and semi structured interviewing used as the main tool for data gathering. The result shows variety ways used by parents to inculcate values in the family. Each ways has different effect to child’s tenacity to hold values that have been socialized by parents.en_US
