dc.description.abstractThis paper reports and discusses the results of experimental investigation on the fracture characteristic of concrete produced with different aggregate grading. Two different aggregate grading was produced with compressive strength of 62-88 MPa. Total fracture energy (GF) and fracture toughness (KIC) was calculated as fracture parameters of concrete. Three point bend test was chosen based on RILEM recommendation to measure fracture parameters. Aggregate grading used in the concrete mix affects significantly the total dissipated fracture energy which is more than 25%. The use of aggregate grading in concrete implicate in the fracture characteristic of concreteen_US
