Manajemen Konflik di SDN Cemara Dua No.13 Surakarta
Abstract
The aim of the research is to describe the research result treatment about
conflict at SDN Cemara Dua No.13 Surakarta.The research approach used
is classroom action research. The research subjects are teachers, clerks, school
guards, and school committe. Data collection used are observation, in depth
interview, and documentation. Technique data analysis used interactive analysis
model. The research result showed that 1) There is indicator of conflict that develop
at SDN Cemara Dua No.13 Surakarta, 2)The sources of conflict derived from value
difference and the developed goal from each organization and undirected
communication, 3) jThe kinds of conflict happend according to the group included
functional and group conflict. From the view of conflict stages it can feel it. 4) Conflict
management is done by mediator in decreasing towards the conflict actors and
using accomodation method. 5) The conflict impact can increase the school job
ethos eventhough there are many personal who has not supporting the school
progressing.
