Peningkatan Profesional dan Kemampuan Menyusun Proposal PTK melalui Pendampingan bagi Guru Kelas V SD
Abstract
The aim of the research is to increase profesionality and ability in arranging
proposal classroom action research for teacher class V SD se-Dabin II
Kecamatan Baki, Kabupaten Sukoharjo in semester I 2012/2013 academic year.
The research method used is classroom action research with collaboration. The
treatment is done in 3 cycles. Each cycle consist of 4 stages: planning, acting,
observing, and reflecting. Technique of data gathering used are documentation,
observation, and test. Data analysis used descriptive comparative and continued
with reflection. The research result showed that there is increasing in professional
and ability to arrange classroom action research proposal for teachers class V SD
se - Dabin II Kecamatan Baki Kabupaten Sukoharjo in 2012/2013 academic year
through accompaning. The increasing at the beginning average score 54 to be 62
at cycle I and the average score increased 69 at cycle II. At the improving and
advising showed that there is professional increasing and ability to arrange
classroom action research increased higher 73 at cycle III.
