Peningkatan Kemampuan Membuat RPP dan Menerapkan Pembelajaran dengan Pendekatan Tematik Melalui Pembinaan Akademik Lewat Pemberdayaan KKG bagi Guru SD
Abstract
This study aims to know whether or not academic supervising conducted by
supervisor of Elementary School can increase the competency of preparing
Lesson Plan (RPP) and applyying thematic learning for second grade teachers of
Elementary School.This is a classroom ation research in the form of collaboration
with peer supervisor. This study was conducted in Dabin III to eleven second
grade teachers. The focus of this study is the comtency of preparing lesson plan
and applying thematic learning through academic supervising of second grade
teachers. This action research uses two cycles. Each cycle consists of four steps,
namely: plan, action, observation, and reflection. This is reflected in the result of
cycle I and II by indicator before and after teachers got academic supervising with
the average score 47. Indicator after the treatment in cycle II is 50 at average.
