Peningkatan Kualitas Pembelajaran Micro Teaching dan PPL (Program Pengalaman Lapangan) melalui Lesson Study bagi Calon Guru
Abstract
This study focuses on finding the good solution in Micro Teaching and Field Study
subject. The background is more students get difficulties in facing the students in classroom teaching.
The data of this action research were collected by observation and interview, and then analyzed by
Berger analysis, that was first order understanding and second order understanding. Subjects of
the study were semester six of Mathematics students FKIP-UMS. The result shows (1) Lesson Study
can be used to increase the Micro Teaching and Field Study subject. The Lesson Study applied
covers stating the topic, overall planning, implementation, observation, and reflection.
