Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia pada Sekolah Berbasis Mutu: Studi Situs SMP Negeri 1 Jaken Pati
Abstract
The main problem of this study is to manage either the human resource of teacher or
administration staff in order to increase the quality of the school. The objective is to know the
human resource characteristic and human resource management strategy in State Yunior High
School 1 Jaken. The method used in this study was ethnography with collecting data through
interview, observation, and documentation. The data submitted were described qualitatively, then
followed by testing data through triangulation.Interactive analysis was used by applying the
following steps: collecting the data, reducing the data, presenting the data, and concluding. The
result of the study shows that human resource characteristic includes: responsibility, motivation,
order, and high dedication. The human resource management strategy includes: planning, official
recruitment, founding official, developing professions, spirit of jobs evaluating and the follow-up
of the evaluation. Specificially, employes building in State Yunior High School 1 Jaken is done
through forming of cadre system. Founding official through cadre system will be needed in increasing
the quality of the school and offers a lot of aids to those officials who wants to step to the higher
level of any job.
