Kontribusi Persepsi Guru Tentang Implementasi Fungsi Emaslim Kepala Sekolah, Iklim Organisasi, dan Komptensi Guru terhadap Komponen Kualitas Sekolah di SMAN Kabupaten Temanggung
Abstract
This study wants to describe the constribution of teacher’s percetion on the implementation
of the Principal EMASLIM function, school organization climate, and teacher’ competence toward
school quality at Senior High School State Temanggung. This quantitative study used survey
method. The population was 253 teachers of that school. The data were collected by Likert scale
and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regressions. The results show teacher’s
percetion on the implementation of the Principal EMASLIM function is significant with probality
0,018, and the other factor is not siginificant, however, simultaniously, this linear regrassion is
very significant at the level 5% with small contribution 21,2%. It indicates that to increase school
quality component is needed simultanious support from many factors studied.
