| dc.description.abstract | Pengkajian faktor risiko ulkus kaki merupakan peran perawat untuk mencegah terjadi ulkus diabetik atau ulkus
berulang. Tujuan penelitian mengidentifikasi factor neuropati yang berhubungan dengan kejadian ulkus kaki.
Rancangan penelitian ini adalah case control, dengan sampel 68 pasien DM terdiri 34 pasien ulkus dan 34
pasien tidak ulkus. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan monofilament 10g dan pedoman
observasi. Hasil uji statistic dengan chi square; terdapat hubungan neuropati sensorik dengan kejadian ulkus
kaki (p value 0,001), neuropati otonom dengan kejadian ulkus kaki ( p value: 0,037), neuropati motorik dengan
kejadian ulkus kaki dengan kejadian ulkus (p value: 0,001). Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah perlupendidikan
kesehatan & early detection risiko ulkus kaki dan penelitian lanjutan pengaruh penyuluhan pada pasienberisiko
dengan kejadian ulkus kaki. | en_US |
