FAKTOR - FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN PREEKLAMPSIA DI RSUD DR. MOEWARDI SURAKARTA

Abstract

Preeclampsia rate occurrence at RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta as much as 296 patient. To effort the decrease of number for preeclampsia, it’s done by identify the factors that becoming the characteristic of preeclampsia patient in RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta, so we can take the prevention steps.To aim the scientifically result about the factors than can cause preeclampsia syndrome in RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Research of analytic survey with cross sectional method. The data is take by using documentation method by took the secondary data from the medical record of preeclampsia patient who has given birth in RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta at January until December 2007. This sample is taken by consecutive sampling technique and got 119 cases that fulfill inclusion criteria. Data is analyzed by using double regression test. Conclusion: ( 1). According to preeclampsia level show that majority responden disease easy preeclampsia. ( 2).There are no significan influence between age, parity, pregnancy of twin with occurrence of preeclampsia. ( 3). There are significant influence between existing disease before pregnancy with occurrence of preeclampsia. ( 4). Result of doubled regression analysis obtained by coefficient of determination equal to 0,077. This matter show the level of age contribution influence, parity, pregnancy of twin, existing disease before pregnancy to occurrence of preeclampsia equal to 7,7%.
