Analisis Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap di Rumah Sakit Islam Surakarta
Abstract
Developments in science and technology is changing every aspect of human life, including
the health care effort. Component of health care is considered important enough component
of patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction is a topic that is growing very rapidly from year to
year. Patient satisfaction is one indicator in assessing the quality of care in hospitals. Aspects
of patient satisfaction is very extensive, including: waiter doctors, nurses care, nutrition
installation services, pharmacy services, laboratory services, administrative services,
facilities and public facilities as well as a state hospital and infirmary facilities. Analyzed the
factors associated with patient satisfaction. This research is descriptive quantitative design
correlative with cross sectional approach. Taking a sample of 114 respondents. Reliability
test using Cronbach alpha test. Analyzed using chi-square.Value Chi-square 84.639 count of
physician services, nursing services amounted to 78.006, nutrition installation services for
40.860, 26.267 for pharmacy services, laboratory services amounted to 61.290, 26.267 for
administrative services, facilities and public hospitals amounted to 91.935 as well as state
and ward facilities at 66.398 while their value of 3.841 table so Hepotesis accepted and Ho is
rejected, it can be said that there is a significant relationship between servant doctors, nurses
care, nutrition installation services, pharmacy services, laboratory services, administrative
services , infrastructure and public facilities as well as state hospitals and care facilities with a
patient satisfaction.
