Abstract

There are three constraints in construction project that is cost, quality and time. Many activities in construction project make project organizer takes risk ever greater. Based on unclear situation makes who is responsible when planning and realization in construction project is not as planned. The objective of this research is to define who is responsible if delay occur in construction project. Data collecting conducted by disseminating questionare. Respondent in this research represent the project manager and site manager in Semarang and Yogyakarta area. The research analysed to use descriptive analysis and frequency distribution.
