KEPUASAN PESERTA DIDIK DI SMP MENURUT DUKUNGAN LAYANAN PEMBELAJARAN, KELENGKAPAN FASILITAS DAN PROFESIONALISME GURU
Abstract
This study aims at describing and analyzing service support, facilities, and teacher professionalism
towards entrant satisfaction educates at SMPN in Kecamatan Muntilan - Magelang
regency. The research sample are 155 from 275 students, taken by sample random proportional
technique. Data collecting technique uses closed inquiry with 4 (four) answer options and declared
valid and reliable. Data analysis technique used multiple regression with 5% standard
significance. The analysis result shows that any positive influential free variable towards bound
variable with strengthened by simultaneous contribution coefficient is 61%. Then according to
partial, contribution every variable study service is 18,16%; completion facilities is 19,96%; and
professionalism is 22,92%.
