he formation of Chinese law system show a pulling each other process among the law subsystem of Li which is based on implementation of moral or ethic law, and the law subsystem of Fa as an arrangement of law which is based on Acts or statutory law. On the recent development of the law system, Chinese seen as embracing legalism, without ignoring the Mao ideology, and positioned the law as subordinated in political goal.
