Abstract

I

ndonesian people have came in consent to put the basic of reformation on three pillar, there are the struggle on corruption, collusion and nepo tism, which are stand upon law and law enforcement. Reformation on law field had been start on the amendment of national constitution - Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945orUUD RI 1945 so called, and continued with a set changes on Acts that related with democracy practice,and other Acts that contain strict attitude of contra on corruption, collusion and nepotism in administrative and criminal law fields.
