Baitul Maal wat-Tamwil Deskripsi tentang Kegiatan Usaha BMT dalam Penyaluran Pembiayaan Musyarakah

Abstract

Being an economic institution, Baitul Maal wat-Tamwil (BMT) Islamic Cooperation so called briefly - look closer as construction result, wich are conduced by combining two institution that are for merly part away,these are baitul maal (state house of economy-deposit money, tax and food) and baituttamwil (private business of finacing). However, the execution of its activity, included "muayawarah" - joint venture may be called so, there are still persist the mixing among the regulatory norms, there are norms derived from Islamic Law (Al Quran, Hadits and fatwa (Legal decision) of National Committe on syariah of Majelis Ulama Indonesia on Masyarakat) and the norms delived from Western Law (Civil Law Code and Bisnis Law Code).
