Abstract

The holding of combined public election for local government mayor empirically adopted various norms that used as normative base for regulating the combined public election. The subject of the regulation in rule making on combined public election such as regulation on combining of public election exercise, the phase, programs and the time line of the exer- cise of combined public election, determining the budged of the combined public election, and the determining and the determinate and the determination of the institution which area recommended to hold the combined public election.
