dc.description.abstract | This research aims at identifying the difference of sexuality between teenagers
who do and those do not commit premarital sexual intercourse. The
subjects of the study consist of 1.250 senior high-school students (611 male
and 639 female). The subjects of the study are selected by means of random
sampling technique. The data-collecting method is questionnaire and the dataanalyzing
technique is descriptive. The outcome of the study is as follows.
First, as many as 164 subjects (139 male and 25 female) have committed
premarital sexual intercourse. Second, among other reasons of committing premarital
sexual intercourse are irregular religious services, the usage of pornographic
media, occasional masturbating practices, and flirting. Third, the male
practitioners think that premarital sexual intercourse is allowed as long as it is
voluntary and that premarital sexual intercourse is a way of expressing love. | en_US |
