dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the characteristic of work-family conflict (WFC) in Islamic based Hospital at Surakarta. The Data collected with purposive sampling techniques include interviews, open quistionary, and documentation. Data were analyzed repeatedly through the analysis in the two pase. The first pase with descriptive analysis and second pase with regression analysis. Results obtained that are seven character of work-family conflict (WFC). That are: (1) Working-responsibility, (2) Obsession-family, (3) Career-family, (4) House-working, (5) Family living-working, (6) Family thinking-working, and (7) Household-working. Result olso obtained several variable of character of work-family conflict that impact toward job performance. That are working-responsibility, career-time of togetherness, household-working, Family living–working, and family thinking-working. The variable have no impact siginificant toward job performance are working obsession and constraint of house-workingen_US
