    Abstract
    Tujuan artikel menguraikan tipe kepribadian karyawan perusahaan batik di Kabupaten Banyumas. Tipe kepribadian dilihat dari konsep locus of control (LoC), self efficacy, dan self concept. Ketiga unsur ini merupakan satu kesatuan yang membentuk suatu kepribadian tertentu dari seorang individu. Ketika individu mempunyai keyakinan tinggi bahwa nasib berada pada genggaman dirinya maka keyakinan inj menjadi motivasi terbesarnya bahwa dia mampu menyelesaikan tugas/pekerjaan tertentu. Hal tersebut ada pada seorang individu jika dia memandang positip terhadap dirinya. Implikasinya pada penyelesaian pekerjaan secara optimal karena munculnya kreatifitas dan kesungguhan dalam bekerja. Data diambil dari 150 karyawan produksi beberapa perusahaan batik di Kabupaten Banyumas yang telah bekerja minimal 1 tahun. Hasil deskriptif data menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor LoC responden tinggi yang berarti memiliki kecenderungan external LoC. Keadaan sumber kendali cenderung eksternal membawa dampak pada tingkat self efficacy yang tidak tinggi, tetapi juga tidak terlalu rendah. Hal ini bisa dimaklumi karena mereka merasa hanya memiliki tingkat pendidikan rendah dan memandang diri mereka masih banyak kekurangan, atau dengan kata lain memiliki kecenderung self concept tidak tinggi. Hasil ini mengindikasikan ada keterkaitan erat antara locus of control, self efficacy dan self concept dalam memprediksi produktifitas karyawan. The purpose of the article describe the personality type of the Batik company's employees in Banyumas. Personality type has viewed from the concept of locus of control (LoC), self efficacy, and self concept. The third element is a unity that forms a certain personality of individual. When individuals have confidence that destiny was under herself control so it become the greatest motivation that he is able to complete the task or specific job. It exists in individual if he looked positively against him. The implication is on the completion of the work optimally because of arising of creativity and seriousness in work. Data were taken from 150 production employees of several batik companies in Banyumas who have worked at least 1 year. The results of the descriptive data showed that the average scores of respondent’s LoC high which means it has a tendency external LoC. The condition of tendency external LoC have an impact on the level of self efficacy is not high, but also not too low. This may be because they feel that their level of education are low and see themselves still many shortcomings, or in other words have a tendency of self concept is not high. These results indicate there is a relationship between locus of control, self efficacy and self concept in predicting employees performance.
