PENYAJIAN INFORMASI PERISTILAHAN PERBANKAN DAN KEBERLANGSUNGAN NASABAH BANK DI KOTA SURAKARTA
Abstract
This study aims at identifying the terminologies used in banking and describing
the information presentation of the terminologies. This study employs
documentation in the data collection and descriptive as well as interpretative
techniques in the data analysis. The result of the study are as follows: (1) The
types of the bank information presentation include persuasive oral presentation,
simple written package, oral and written combination, written and visual
combination, dictionary pamphlet, and transaction practice forms; 2) most
terminologies are derived from a foreign language; 3) factors contributing to
the continuity of customers include the process of transaction service, motto
and strategy of customer service, close distance of the customer’s residence
to the bank.
