dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify: (1) the characteristic of work-family conflict (WFC) in Islamic based Hospital at Surakarta.(2) inpact the characteristic of work-family conflict (WFC) toward job performance in Islamic based Hospital at Surakarta. The location of research in in Islamic based Hospital at Surakarta. The Data collected with purposive sampling techniques include interviews, open quistionary, and documentation. Data were analyzed repeatedly through the regression analysis. Results obtained that are seven character of work-family conflict (WFC). That are : (1) working-responsibility,(2) Obsession-family,(3) Career-family, (4) Houseworking, (5) Family living –working, (6) family thinking-working, and (7) Household-working. Result olso obtained several variable of character of work-family conflict that inpact toward job performance. That are working obsession, constraint of family-working, and family thinkingworking. The variable have no impact siginificant toward job performance are the workingresponsibility, career-time of togetherness, household-working and family living–working.en_US
