Sosialisasi Gender pada Pembinaan Karier Guru-Guru Perempuan di Lingkungan Lembaga Pendidikan Muhammadiyah di Surakarta
Abstract
This gender research aims to describe and examine the gender socialization in structural
coaching career female teachers schools Muhammadiyah in Surakarta, on review category of
the material aggregation, the category of the situation and the behavior of individuals. The
subject of this case study is female teachers schools Muhammadiyah in Surakarta and
regulations product on coaching career , selection and appointment of top school leader. Data
were collected using unstructured interview list, then analyzed using Vulnerabilities Capacities
Technical Analisys (CVA). The study concluded that there was no gender socialization inhibits
structural coaching career female teachers schools Muhammadiyah in Surakarta, both at the
level aggregation of material categories and situations (social). actually there at the level of
aggregation individual categories, which are divided into three classifications; groups not
accept female leadership and passivity, the group received and did pioneering intensive and the
group had intensive coaching career to the top of the structural career.
