In an effort to reduce victims and damages building from the impact of earthquakes then needed
earthquake resistant buildings. With planning and building earthquake-resistant buildings are expected
to be made safe, stable, and easy to collapse. The purpose of research is to analyze reinforced
concrete earthquake resistant building, with long-span beams based on the calculation of
earthquake loads Indonesia earthquake loads in compliance with SNI 1726-2002 and RSNI 201x.
From the analysis of the building using seismic regulations Indonesia SNI 1726-2002 and RSNI
201x using ETABS software support, it can be summed up as follows: Building A has a basic shear
force greater than the Building B, Building A has a larger displacement and drift compared to Building
A , T> 0.56 second the value of the acceleration factor in the regulation SNI 1726-2002 spectra
greater than RSNI 201x, Building A has a number of a reinforcement beam more than the Building
B, reinforcement beams prestressed reinforcement strands has as many as 43 pieces, flexural
used 3D25 with Angkur Type E, and Building A has the same number of column reinforcements
compared to Building B.
