Nasionalisme: Sebuah Resistensi Ruang dalam Puisi “Sebuah Jaket Berlumur Darah”

Abstract

In this modern era nowadays, Indonesian society encounters an identity crisis. They seem ignorant to their identity as a sovereign and free from foreign hegemony and domination. Foreign ideology has infiltrated into this country and caused a significant influence in all aspects including government, education, social and culture aspects. Pride as an Indonesian now also is also degraded. Therefore, a sense of nationalism is a very necessary to restore Indonesians into their identity as a nation apart from hegemony and foreign domination. Nationalism as a resistance of Indonesia in maintaining the land that had been colonized by foreign nations and their allies that are never on people's side. The aim of this study is to reveal the extent of space resistance in the poem "Jaket Berlumur Darah". This study used a descriptive method of analysis by applying post-colonialism theory
