PENGARUH PELATIHAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP TUMBUHNYA MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA
Abstract
This research aims at finding the impact of entrepreneurship training on
the growth of entrepreneurship interest among alumni of Psychological Department,
Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. This research employed
an experimental method by means of pre-test and post-test design. The dependent
variable was entrepreneurship interest, while the independent variable
was the entrepreneurship training. The respondents consisted of 18 alumni
that did not get a job at formal sectors or run private businesses, and were
selected purposively. The data-collecting method was questionnaire covering
three aspects of entrepreneurship interest, namely: internal drive, need for
social relation, and feeling for the job. The collected data were analyzed by
means of t-test. The result of the analysis showed that there was a very significant
difference of entrepreneurship interest before and after the training, with
coefficient t = 2,910, p = 0.006. The level of entrepreneurship interests increased
from 68.389 to 75.444.
