dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat stres akademis dan kesejahteraan psikologis remaja di Malang, serta hubungan antara stres akademis dengan kesejahteraan psikologis remaja di Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan jumlah sampel 69 orang siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Malang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner atau angket Educational Stress Scale for Adolescents (ESSA) dengan reliabilitas α = 0,79 dan angket The Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scales (PWB) dengan reliabilitas α = 0,809. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: (1) tingkat stres akademis siswa berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase 50,7%, (2) tingkat kesejahteraan psikologis siswa berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase 55,1%. Besarnya hubungan antara stres akademis dan kesejahteraan psikologis menghasilkan korelasi sebesar 0,372 dan menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan. Sebagai rincian stres akademis memiliki kontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis sebesar 13,9%.in_ID
