Bahasa Inggris dalam Kurikulum 2013 di Sekolah Dasar
Abstract
English for elementary school becomes one interesting topic to discuss in Indonesia. This subject is not written in the 2013 Curriculum, however most elementary school keep implementing in their teaching learning process. Based on this problem, this qualitative research aims to describe the implementation of English teaching learning process in 2013 curriculum conducted in Muhammadiyah Elementary School of Special Program in Surakarta. The data needed is collected trough observation, interviewing, and documentation. The subject of this research is the English teacher, the students, and the English learning tools. The finding shows that the Muhammadiyah elementary school applies 2013 curriculum for all subjects however there is a modification for English subject.
