Hubungan antara Pengetahuan Shalat dengan Motivasi Membimbing Pelaksanaan Shalat pada Perawat di Puskesmas Rawat Inap Bangsri Kecamatan Bangsri kabupaten Jepara

Abstract

Spiritual needs are basic needs that are needed by every human being. If someone is ill, then the relationship with his god was getting close, remember someone in a state hospital to be weak in all things, nothing is able to raise him from healing, except the creator. In health care, nurses as health workers should have a major role in meeting the spiritual needs. This research aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and motivation guiding pray the salat on Inpatient nurses at the health center Bangsri Bangsri District DistrictThe research used in this study is descriptive correlation in which researchers tested the hypotheses that have been formulated earlier, according to the researchers aim to use methods implementation with cross sectional survey. The sample used was a nurse for 31 test relationships between variabels in this study using Spearmen Rank. The result shows that the total of (67.7%) of respondents either knowledge, total (64.5%) respondents prayers guiding motivation high, There is a significant relationship between the respondents' knowledge by guiding the patient perform prayers at the health center inpatient Bangsri Jepara value P value = 0.000 , the value of Rho = 0.685. It is expected that health center management Bangsri Jepara training can conduct training on procedures for nurses guide patients to their spiritual needs and evaluate the performance of nurses in assisting patients to meet their spiritual needs.
