The Global Climate Change is carrying a major impact of water resources condition in Bengawan Solo watershed upstream. Catastrophic events follow the climate changes such as floods, droughts, and landslides. The purpose of this study is (a) the identification of the level of availability of water resources, and the criticality of water resources in the study area; and (b) identification of the water demands of current and future projections. This research use a survey method. The approach this research use a biophysical and meteorological approaches. The analysis use quantitative descriptive. Results of this study is (a) by public water balance calculation, the study area has a surplus and a deficit of water. Surplus water contained in the sub-sub-watershed Bambang, Dengkeng, Jlantah Walikun Ds, Keduang, Mungkung, pepe, and Samin whereas there is a water deficit in the sub-sub-watershed Alang uploads, and Wiroko Temon. The study area has water availability between 37.459,80 to 142.892,59 liters/dm3. Water demands in the study area between 50.782.500-131.690.700 liters. The availability of water in the study area are not be able to sufficient its water demands, so that in the area of research can be categorized as very critical, and (b) the current level of water demands in the study area between 50.782.500-131.690.700 liters and forecast the next 5 years or 2018, water demands in the study area between 544,510,800 to 5,264,009,700 liters.in_ID
