Model Revitalisasi Pasar Bawang Merah
Abstract
The purpose of this research is formulate and drawing up a model the revitalization of the function and role of the market onion. The kind of research this is descriptive analysis, namely visualizing and or defines the involvement of and the strategic role of the district government Brebes in managing the market and marketing onion. To formulate a model the revitalization will be conducted through a data analysis by the method of focus group discussions (FGD), critical review and analysis of the interaction. The subject of this study is the government and the community (farmers) in the study areas. This research producing two findings. First, that there are a number of obstacles in marketing onion: (i) continuity production onion; (ii) production costs onion costly; (iii) production process onion takes a very long time; (iv) the determination of the price of onions
